Get Out
With the rise of digital content, Rhoades has executed content at scale for such clients as Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Disney, Marvel, and a cornucopia of brands.
Managing hundreds of projects over two-decades, Rhoades understands that successful content starts with an excellent script. A script’s shortest journey to success is through supported execution of a story’s vision. Whether it's a 60 second video, 3 hour movie, or 4 season season series, success starts on the page.

Rhoades' approach to content is driven by data and experience. His 15+ years as a meditation instructor provides unique insight into the mind as he supports his clients in clearly identifying obstacles and solutions. From fortune 500 companies to first time writers, Rhoades drives success for their projects.

His achievements in the digital landscape earned him an elected position at The Producers Guild of America (New Media), where he advises on the future of the content business. Rhoades lives in his native city of Los Angeles, loves to travel to far-flung corners of the world. His dog’s name is Falcor.
Working one on one with creative storytellers, Rhoades is a master at converting abstract visions into realities.
My Approach
There are fabulously talented writers who are unsuccessful, and mediocre (even bad) writers who are wildly successful. People confuse a script’s success with the quality of representation, market trends, luck, attachments, etc. In reality, the key to a writer's success is their ability to receive, evaluate, and execute feedback. For over 100 years, Hollywood has built its multi-billion dollar industry on finding and developing good scripts.

No one knows a script better than the writer; you are the expert and the integrity judge. However, everyone has blind spots. A good collaborator brings experience, knowledge, and talent to identify and resolve blind spots. The rise of the successful writer’s-room/show-runner dynamic is proof of this model.
My role when working with a writer is it to uncover your blind spots and offer viable solutions to navigate storytelling/scriptwriting problems with high-level industry standards. My notes are based on decades of hands-on experience and a passionate study of storytelling. I know what works and what doesn’t. I also know what I don’t know. My expertise is at your disposal, and although I will challenge you, my focus is on finding authentic solutions that bring out the true potential of your story.
